Tokyo Wheelchair supports travelers nationwide. We can deliver to staffed hotels across Japan, and your delivery and return locations can be different.
Every request is reviewed manually. Whether you are planning months ahead or your trip has already started, tell us what you need and where you are staying. We will explain what can be arranged before you confirm and pay.

Our team manually reviews your request. If available, we email your Booking Confirmation Form.
Confirm and pay securely
Submit the confirmation form, then pay online through PayPal by card, debit card or PayPal.
Return simply
Leave it with the designated hotel desk or airport counter, following the instructions we provide.

Our standard manual wheelchair is compact enough for travel and comfortable for everyday sightseeing. Color and design may vary.

Do you deliver outside Tokyo?
Yes. We arrange wheelchair delivery to staffed hotels across Japan. Tell us your itinerary and hotel details, and we will confirm availability and provide a quote.
How much is the rental fee?
USD 15 per calendar day, tax included. Shipment fees are charged separately.
How much is the shipment fee?
For hotels in the Tokyo area, delivery is USD 35 and return is USD 35. Haneda and Narita airport service is USD 150 each way. For hotels elsewhere in Japan, we will quote the shipment fee based on the location.
Where can I receive the wheelchair?
At a staffed hotel in Japan, or at Haneda or Narita Airport when airport service has been arranged in advance. Airbnb delivery is not available.
When should I reserve?
We recommend booking early. Requests are accepted from three months before your rental start date. Requests made less than five days before use may require an express delivery fee.
