Haneda & Narita airports
Airport delivery and return can be arranged in advance for USD 150 each way.

How hotel delivery works
We coordinate shipment so the wheelchair can be received through the hotel front desk or concierge. You do not need to visit our office. Before your rental, we send clear English instructions for receiving and returning the wheelchair.
Before you request
- The accommodation must have a staffed front desk.
- Airbnb facilities are not available for delivery.
- Self pick-up or drop-off at our head office is not available.
- For a trip already underway, tell us — we will do our best to arrange the earliest possible delivery.
