1. Submit Your Rental Request
Send an inquiry via our online form or email with your rental dates and details. No payment is required at this stage.
2. Availability Check & Booking Confirmation Form
We manually review your request and check availability. Booking Confirmation Form will be sent by email if available.
3. Confirm Your Booking
Your booking is confirmed once the Booking Confirmation Form is completed and submitted.
4. Secure Payment
Make a secure online payment via PayPal. (Credit card and debit card available.)
5. Receive Safety Manual & Instructions
You will receive a Safety Manual and detailed instructions on how to pick up and return the wheelchair. Please review them carefully before use.
6. Wheelchair Delivery
We deliver the wheelchair to your hotel or airport, according to your request.
7. Enjoy Your Stay in Japan
Explore Japan with greater ease, comfort, and mobility, with support available throughout your stay.
8. Easy Return
Simply leave the wheelchair at the designated return location, and our staff will collect it.
